Standard Modulon licenses are for internal use within one legal entity. If you need to ship Modulon
as part of a product/platform sold to many customers, you need OEM terms.
When you need OEM
- You bundle Modulon Popout SDK inside a commercial platform delivered to your customers.
- You distribute builds that include protected SDK artifacts to multiple third parties.
- You require multi-entity coverage (subsidiaries/brands) under one umbrella agreement.
What OEM typically covers
- Redistribution grant + permitted distribution model(s).
- Scope limits (products, customers, seats, environments).
- Support expectations (best-effort vs SLA).
- Security + compliance clauses where required.
Pricing (guideline)
OEM / Redistribution is a separate agreement and is priced by scope.
Typical range: $25,000–$100,000+
Multi-entity add-on: +$7,500
