1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of modulon.dev (the “Site”), and your purchase and use of Modulon products (the “Products”). By accessing the Site or using the Products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchases, licensing, and access

When you purchase a Product, you will receive access credentials (e.g., a license key) that may be required to access downloads and updates. Licenses are granted per the applicable license tier and any accompanying license agreement, if provided.

  • Perpetual license: unless stated otherwise, licenses are one-time purchases (no subscription) granted to the licensed legal entity.
  • Unlimited seats: unless stated otherwise, licenses are intended to allow unlimited seats/devices within the licensed legal entity.
  • Upgrades: unless stated otherwise, upgrades are provided without additional charge for the lifetime of the Product line.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code where prohibited by law or license;
  • use the Products to infringe intellectual property rights;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute Products except as expressly permitted.

Support is provided via contact@modulon.dev. Response times and availability may vary.

5. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BLURPLETECH INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada (excluding conflict of law rules), unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
