Modulon products are digital goods. Depending on your jurisdiction and the specific purchase, you may have consumer rights that apply. This policy describes our standard refund approach.

2. Standard refund window (suggested)

We offer a 14-day refund window from the purchase date for first-time purchases, provided that you have not redistributed the Product. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Non-refundable cases (examples)

  • Evidence of redistribution, resale, or sharing of protected downloads.
  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse.
  • Custom/enterprise agreements (governed by contract).

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@modulon.dev with your purchase email and order ID (or license key). We may ask for additional details to validate the request.
