(room ID, usernames, timestamps, and screenshots where available).
Secure 1v1 rooms are designed for private participant-only use and some content may be inaccessible to us,
but we can review available account/operational records and cooperate with lawful requests.
Before you email
- Include your purchase email + license key (or order ID).
- Include product name + version (e.g. "Modulon Popout SDK v0.1.0-dev.0").
- Include your OS + browser + a short repro video if possible.
